The memories McKay and Zelenka recovered from Lorne are more than he wishes to keep, so I'm going to erase them with some technology of Torchwood's. Please don't say anything that will trigger him to remember. He should remember that we went but not precisely why, and certainly not anything of Ba'al's nor his other hosts.

Lorne and I are in Denver again. I get my first American Thanksgiving! The boys were thrilled to have us here--Liam is still on the couch with me, in fact, and seems reluctant to go to bed. In fact he wants to type a little.

I thought I'd check in to let you all know how it's going.

It's going great.

Sardinia is beautiful. There's been a lot of walking, swimming, eating, dancing, and of course, sex. Pretty typical honeymoon.

Lorne says hi. Well, actually he says, "Why are you still on the computer? Come here and do me," so I think I have to go do my husbandly duty.

Lorne went early this morning to get his family from the airport. I assume they're at the house now, settling in and recovering from jetlag. I hope that's what they're doing, anyway.

Me, I'm stuck at work for the next several hours.

Guess what I did today?

I moved house. We moved house. Lorne was also here, though mostly what the two of us did was tell the movers where to put the various boxes. We have so few things and the movers were so professional that we were all moved in by noon, and we've mostly be unpacking until Lorne had to leave for today's lessons and to meet Jou.

So I've been unpacking on my own . . . which for the past hour has been me, a glass of wine and the first box of books wile I decide what order they should be shelved in. And if now would be a good time to join Library Thing.

Anyway, unpacking is done for the day and I'm feeling quite mellow (it's damn good wine) and just enjoying being in our house. This place is about four times the size of the flat and of course Lorne doesn't have any furniture, so it's just what I had in the flat spread around. It practically echoes.

I've also been looking at the IKEA site for a guest bed. I think I like this one.

Tonight we're going to sleep in our house for the first time. Life is so bloody brilliant.
