It means "bad wolf." Our mayor, a few years ago, was going to build a nuclear plant and called it the Blydd Drwg project, but she disappeared before it could be completed. I've always liked the name, though.

There's a graffiti artist called Bad Wolf in the city. Not horribly creative--he just writes his name--but there's hardly a building he hasn't tagged at least once.

I grew up speaking Welsh--I found English harder. At least Welsh's rules are consistent--there's no explaining a language where rough, through, and borough sound nothing alike. And whose idea was "i before e except after c"? And don't even get me started on the lie/lay thing.

Ah, I see. English is quite ridiculous, of course, but Welsh does rather look as if you'd need to pull out your tongue to pronounce some of it. Still, consistent rules would be nice.
