it's over now
Well.
That was . . .
Weird is too mild a word, don't you think?
I'm back to normal. Everything seems to be in working order. I remember everything.
The strangest part of it, I think, is how I remember it. Not like a slice of my life at twenty-six but like something that happened when I was five, something I remember from childhood even though I know it's impossible.
Did we ever hear what caused this? Is everybody else okay?
[ooc: This is your warning. This is all the warning you get.]

. . . learn what? That being a child is just as hard being an adult? I knew that.

Did you...like the experience, or not so much? For me, it was something I could have lived without, to be honest. But, I think there was some good that came out of it, if I was going to be fair.
no subject
What sort of good did you find in it?
no subject
**small smile** Well, I learned a lot about myself and how (some of) my friends see me. I was able to explain a few things to Sanzo as a child that I'd never been able to as an adult, so that's probably a good thing. It also gave me a chance to remember what I had been like as a child - truly remember - and not have the memories distorted and clouded by time. **grins** As I said, very surreal.

Interesting...or maybe you have always had a good sense of intuition?

(Yes, I had a very sheltered childhood. I'm aware of this.)

And your tongue.

My tongue is very glad to see you too.
And I'm very glad to see you laughing.
no subject
I've missed your tongue.
I'm laughing a lot today, really. Sheer amazement at the weirdness that is my life, perhaps.
no subject
Have you, babe? I've missed your tongue too.
I know what you mean. I thought my life was crazy enough without adding in all the weird shit that's not related to work.
no subject
Oh, I have.
But did you have fun? I actually had fun most of the time.
no subject
Yeah, it was all right. There's really not a whole lot to do out here for kids though. And it's not like we can just run out to the store and pick up some games or something.
But I ate a lot of sugar and Heightmeyer gave me some finger paints. I don't think my quarters will ever be the same again.

Oh god no, coffee should be kept away from kids. It can cause brain damage if they have too much caffeine--it's the over-stimulation.
I didn't think it sucked, though. I had fun.
