Well, I'm the last person on the planet you want to be asking about wedding planning, but I was in Brighton a couple of years ago, and found this (http://www.choccywoccydoodah.com/) place, which do pretty damn amazing cakes. There's a lot of different designs, and they also take requests. Pretty sure they deliver, as well, so that'd be something off your mind.
