Dear Dean,
As I recall you like sweet things a great deal, so have some from the old world. (Share with Sam or he'll pout at me. I tremble in fear before the Winchester pout.)
I know you're not having an easy time of things and I won't pry, but you do have friends, and they're willing to help.
